I often find myself exporting the data from an histogram ("Copy histogram information as columns") in order to plot it with points instead of columns, bars, or spikes (or even the smooth gaussian kernels).

I know that it is not maybe in the spirit of the Histogram tool, but it would be nice to be able to replace the bars with some dots located in the centre and the top of the bar. An even minimalistic option such as "Plot with dots", even with just one kind of dot would be helpful, in my opinion, and speed up the workflow.

This is actually DataGraph related Smile

I will think about that. In the beta I added a new column type - From Command. Right now it only pulls data from the fit function, but I am thinking about making it available for a histogram command as well. But then you would have to pick two columns, one for the bin centers, another for the bin values.

But I will think about if this is a new curve style or a tweak for the centers type (since you can specify curve style to be Nothing).
