The Connect command should be able to do this. Connect requires 4 numbers or columns. For x start, y start, x end, y end. So you can set the x start to the number 0, x end to the number 1 and both y start and y end to the data column.

If you want to vary the column, you can specify a color map and a data column.

You can also specify a label column to put a label on all or a sub-set of the lines.

Since the x axis is categories, you can specify the x axis to be categories and create a column with the category labels. The categories are at x=1,2,3,4,... and have width 1, so the first category is from x=0.5 to x=1.5 etc. Use that to specify the x values for the start and end. So for example x=0.6 and x=1.4 for the first, x=1.6 and x=2.4 for the next etc. You can of course also specify a data column that is computed using an expression so you can do all of this in one command and 5 columns (four for positions, one for color).
