In 4.4-beta (can't retrieve any build number from the "about datagraph" dialog) when plotting a range and using the gradient-up-to-down the shading starts at the correct point, but the color is not correct.

I observed this on a range from y=-1 to y=-3.5 and set the first color to be max transparent white and the second to apple red. This should yield a contourless transition on a white background, but instead the range at y=-1 is already 'on its way' to turn red.
