How to do this feature in Add Y axis command?
Dose anyone know about this solution?

I'm not quite sure what change you want since the images are the same.

But the extra axis is good for creating two independent scales. The standard axis is set up to do the right thing most of the time wrt labels.

For more control of tick directions the way to go is to use the "Extra Axis" drawing command. Hide the labels for the default axis but draw it using the extra axis. You can change the orientation, move them around, offset etc. A lot more options than are feasible to add into the standard axis setting.

If you e-mail me the two figures or tweak the link I can make a more specific suggestion.

Sent in e-mail, but just to put the answer here as well. You can use the Text command to position a label on the y axis. That command allows you to rotate the label CW or CCW.

Hi,
I found I can use the add text command to put a title on my second y-axis but I can’t see how to position it where I want it. It’s either rotated at a fixed position (right at the axis) or I can position it anywhere (using “where… inside”) but not rotate it.

But maybe I’m taking the wrong approach. What I want is to have the colors of the data, tick-labels, and axis title all match for each side of a graph that has 2 y axes, red on one side, blue on the other. And I’d like the x-axis and title to stay black.
Is there a better way to do this?
