I was wondering if is possible to set automatic gradient colors for plots (lines).

For example, say you had collected some data at 10 different temperatures and you want to graph this data with each line having a different color. Instead of specifying each color one line at a time, it would be nice if we could specify a gradient to set the overall color range, i.e. blue for the low temperature and red for the high temperature, and all the other colors automatically set as by interpolating between those two colors.

It would make it a lot easier to graph groups of data that has some correlation. You could set so that each "group" was isolated; i.e. make it so that the gradients are not apply globally, but are reset for each individual group.
